Meet "King of the Swamp" Troy Landry of "Swamp People" on April 26
HOLLYWOOD, FL, Mar 05, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- A Cajun who takes great pride in his family's long history in Pierre Parte, Louisiana, Troy Landry has hunted alligators to support his family for 30 years, earning the Bayou reputation as "King of the Swamp."
But it's the "Swamp People" TV show on A&E's History channel that made him famous to the outside world, where he'll make a rare appearance at Seminole Casino Hollywood on Thursday, April 26 during a free public meet-and-greet culminating in a creative promotion aptly named, "Choot em' and Win."
Every half hour on Saturdays in April from 5:30 p.m. until 10 p.m., the luckiest casino players will draw to play the virtual "Choot em' and Win" game at the end of the evening for up to $10,000 in cash. Landry will visit Seminole Casino Hollywood on the last Thursday from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. to meet, sign autographs and take photos with fans.
